At Voybond, we use AI algorithms to find your most compatible travel partners. However, before starting your real-world journey, please read and follow these safety guidelines.

1. 深入了解您的旅伴 | Get to Know Your Match

  • 保持站内沟通 (Stay on the Platform): 在正式见面前，请尽量使用 Voybond 的私密小组和私信功能沟通。避免过早透露手机号或家庭地址。
    Keep communications on our platform until you meet. Avoid sharing your phone number or home address too early.
  • 进行视频通话 (Request a Video Call): 在确认组团前，我们强烈建议小组进行一次视频会议。这能有效确认对方身份并初步感受气场。
    We strongly recommend a video call before finalizing the group. This helps verify identities and feel the vibe.
  • 核实社交信息 (Verify Social Presence): 如果条件允许，可以在组内互换 LinkedIn 或 Instagram。
    Check social media profiles if possible to understand your partner’s background.

2. 线下首见的原则 | Meeting for the First Time

  • 选择公共场所 (Meet in Public): 第一次见面应选择在光线充足、人流密集的公共场所（如咖啡馆、餐厅或车站）。
    Always meet in a well-lit, busy public place for the first time.
  • 不要去私人空间 (Avoid Private Spaces): 绝对不要在第一次见面时去对方的住所、酒店房间或偏僻场所。
    Never go to someone’s home, hotel room, or isolated areas during the first meeting.

    Ensure you have your own transportation to and from the meeting.

    Send your detailed itinerary and match’s contact info to a trusted friend or family member.
  • 定期报平安 (Regular Check-ins): 与亲友约定固定的沟通时间，确保他们知道您处于安全状态。
    Set up a schedule to check in with someone back home.

4. 财务与金钱安全 | Financial & Money Safety

  • 拒绝金钱转账 (Never Send Money): 绝对不要向未见面的旅伴转账或借钱，无论对方声称发生了什么紧急情况。
    Never send or wire money to someone you met online but haven’t met in person, regardless of the “emergency.”
  • 坚持费用分担 (Keep Finances Separate): 建议在旅途初期坚持 AA 制或通过 Voybond 推荐的记账工具透明化管理账单。
    Stick to splitting bills (Go Dutch) and use transparent expense tracking during the trip.

5. 紧急情况处理 | Emergency Preparedness

  • 购买旅游保险 (Get Travel Insurance): 所有的 Bond 成员都应购买覆盖目的地的个人旅游意外险。
    All members should have valid travel insurance for the destination.
  • 了解当地求助方式 (Know Local Authorities): 提前记下目的地的报警电话、救护车电话以及所属国领事馆的联系方式。
    Save local emergency numbers and your embassy’s contact info in your phone.

6. 信任您的直觉 | Trust Your Instincts

  • 随时退出 (Feel Free to Leave): 如果您在任何时候感到不舒服或不安全，请立即离开。您不需要为了“礼貌”而让自己处于危险之中。
    If you feel uncomfortable or unsafe at any point, leave immediately. Your safety is more important than being polite.
  • 向我们举报 (Report Issues): 如果您发现某位成员有不当行为或虚假资料，请立即向 Voybond 官方举报。
    Report any suspicious or inappropriate behavior to the Voybond team immediately.
